GBMy Psychiatrist Dr Kevin DiCesare was… My Psychiatrist Dr Kevin DiCesare was working at an office in New Hampshire. I was devastated when he left! I saw someone else at the same place, but she wasn’t him. That was back in 2017, He wasn’t sure if was going to do something different. Well every month I googled his name and I was thrilled to find him at Talkiatry! Dr DiCesare is the most caring, wonderful, Doctor you could ever have! His personality is outstanding! He makes you so comfortable, I never feel rushed, I can tell him thinks that are so personal! He will get you on the proper medication The on line visits that Talkiatry offer are great. If you are in need of a Psychiatrist, I highly recommend the best Doctor and a wonderful person,Dr Kevin DiCesare at Talkiatry!! Thank you Colleen Falzone

GBTotal scam. Total scam. I was supposed to have an appointment with Jason Kudurogianis, I had to wait a month to get an appointment. Two hours before my appointment I get an email saying my appointment was cancelled, no reasons given, no alternate times for make up appointment given. I had to call them up only for them to tell me the doctor cancelled all his appointments on the day because they had internet issues. And that the next available appointment time will be in ANOTHER MONTH. This is the kind of service you will get from Talkiatry.com. Zero concern, zero consideration for patient care. Absolutely ludicrous that they are offering mental health services and then decide that they can just abandon patients at the drop of a hat.

GBTalkiatry: Scam? Sham? Both? Talkiatry is a scam, a sham or both. The enterprise expects the world of would-be clients but delivers nothing itself. Relies on a BOT that churns out messages with the rat-a-tat frequency of a machine gun: Fill out forms A, B, C. Upload them. Upload I.D. forms and proof of insurance. Get ready for appt. Carve out 75 minutes for it. If you fail to show, pay $100 fee. Then, 3 hours before long-awaited appt: “Your Talkiatry visit has been successfully canceled.” What the heck? Someone is impersonating me!? Have they stolen my identity? No, it’s BOT’s interpretation of events. Therapist wasn’t available? Talkiatry’s virtual link went AWOL? Wait! BOT spews out a new message: Reschedule. OK. But what’s this? No appts available for another month. No personal message from anyone. No “we apologize.” No offer to pay me for the inconvenience of their no-show. Just that passive-voice sentence in which no one takes responsibility, even implying (with “successfully”) that I initiated the cancellation. Not until afterwards when I seek out reviews do I land at Trustpilot’s site. A gobsmacking 89 percent of 171 reviewers have given Talkiatry 1 star. My bad; I failed in due diligence. At least I didn’t get sucked into Talkiatry’s billing system that has other commentators roiling. At least some reviews mention other tele-therapy services that appear to be above board...

GBI have been using talkiatry for 6… I have been using talkiatry for 6 months, it was going well at first, affordable, meds worked. Then my psychologist left to go back to in person therapy. The new therapist is outside of my network. Meaning my insurance does not cover it. You'd think it'd be their job to assign you someone within your network but I guess they're too incompetent. They've given me a $500 bill I cannot afford and more suicidal thoughts and tendencies before. So thanks for the crappy service talkiatry.

GBShay Hammond must be rich bc what I… Shay Hammond (the provider of the sole positive review for this corporation) must be rich bc what I paid for an out of pocket SINGLE appt then tho I was told my insurance was accepted for $500. The care was ok but their predatory billing practices are deeply unethical and disturbing. One year later and I’m threatening small claims to make the harassment stop….not worth it.
