IESCAM! They take money even after “cancelling” your subscription I found this app to not be useful so I cancelled my subscription with effecto through email! The staff assured me my subscription was “successfully” cancelled and that I would no longer be charged however I recently noticed money missing from my bank account and found that they have been taking money every 3 months anyways! I was extremely frustrated as I had no idea and had no reason to believe I was going to be charged by this company ever again. Never go near this app! I hope to get refunded after this whole mess.

CAHas anyone had success canceling Has anyone had success canceling. They refuse to answer my email request. I’ve gone on their website and messaged them that way. Nothing, can we report them to someone? Feeling so frustrated

GBI would agree with ALL bad reviews I would agree with ALL bad reviews. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL company. I too completed the test, subscribed for Personal Plan. Literally, was never able to access subscription. Emailed immediately. They also refused to Refund despite evidence. DO NOT PURCHASE!

GBIT'S A SCAM IT'S A SCAM. Do not sign up, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. They will keep on charging you with NO warning and NO RECEIPT. You will only know if your credit card company sends you alerts. They will NOT REFUND your money and will gaslight you into believing that you did not cancel, which you will have no proof of because, as mentioned, THEY DO NOT SEND RECEIPTS. It is a bogus app that is not user friendly in the least. I don't know how they got away with claiming it is for those with ADHD.

GBAbsolutely Awful : Dont Buy Absolutely Awful, will update if i get my money back but so sad that people are trying to manage symptoms and this company are taking complete advantage of a mental health condition, with a hidden auto renewal even when youve cancelled the subscription, really horrible behaviour.
