I was surprised that I was able to… I was surprised that I was able to order what I needed without a prescription. The item I ordered was exactly the same as the one I needed to replace. Pricing is very reasonable, much cheaper than ordering thru my Dr. Office. Very fast shipping too! Thank you!!

Poor Customer Service Order not delivered. When I called I was promised a replacement order to be overnighted. That never happened. The two young ladies I spoke to were were sympathetic but man I spoke to on fourth time I called ought not be answering the phone. He was not helpful and his tone was not good. He wouldn't even consider a refund. I had to call my credit card company who immediately issued me with a refund. Great job Capital One.

The mfg of my existing equipment… The mfg of my existing equipment recommended several resources to buy new units. I looked at each, priced the units etc and Diabetes Store was hands down the solution. Product is easy to order, prompt delivery with very competitive unit pricing & reasonable shipping fee.

I absolutely love Diabetes Store I absolutely love Diabetes Store. I’ve been ordering from them for the last 10 years and I have never had any problems. All my orders are always correct and are shipped out super fast! The best part is they have the cheapest prices online I have ever seen!

Package smashed When I received the package it was smashed so bad that when I opened the box to take out the supplies, the box of syringes inside had been smashed so bad the caps were pushed off and needle bent over causing my stab myself in the hand. I guess it's a good thing I'm already used to pricking myself everyday. I took photos if there is anywhere to send them.
