You guys are great I never have any problem with my order I love the way both of the gentleman and the lady that answers the phone every time I place my order are awesome they are very polite and I love it when they wish me a very good day we need people like both of them in this world. People that ships my order are very nice too.

Pleasantly Surprised First of all I was surprised at the price of the candle that I ordered. Most everyone that I checked with online had the same candle for a higher price. Poor Customer Service Order not delivered. When I called I was promised a replacement order to be overnighted. That never happened. The two young ladies I spoke to were were sympathetic but man I spoke to on fourth time I called ought not be answering the phone. He was not helpful and his tone was not good. He wouldn't even consider a refund. I had to call my credit card company who immediately issued me with a refund. Great job Capital One.

Very Pleased...... This was my first time using "The Diabetes Store" and I am extremely happy with my experience. When I called them Barbara was so much help with my order as well as setting up my account with them. My purchase arrived quickly and I'm very happy with the product I purchased.
