It’s important to make this disability not show, people can be horrible to disabled and say what s that on your neck these let me fell comfortable in public ! You guys are great I never have any problem with my order I love the way both of the gentleman and the lady that answers the phone every time I place my order are awesome they are very polite and I love it when they wish me a very good day we need people like both of them in this world. People that ships my order are very nice too.

When I placed the order had the correct… When I placed the order had the correct address, then all of a sudden the address was changed my package was sent to a gas station, which they returned it. Now no one is answering me about resending it or getting a refund. ............. My mother is using my email address for one. For two I never tried to call it has all been email. Three I Googled the address on the invoice and it is a caseys general store, I also called the gas stationand they told me they sent it back. Four there are several 7-11s in the the area. I left the review because I've been waiting to hear back since Monday.

Poor Customer Service Order not delivered. When I called I was promised a replacement order to be overnighted. That never happened. The two young ladies I spoke to were were sympathetic but man I spoke to on fourth time I called ought not be answering the phone. He was not helpful and his tone was not good. He wouldn't even consider a refund. I had to call my credit card company who immediately issued me with a refund. Great job Capital One.

Package smashed When I received the package it was smashed so bad that when I opened the box to take out the supplies, the box of syringes inside had been smashed so bad the caps were pushed off and needle bent over causing my stab myself in the hand. I guess it's a good thing I'm already used to pricking myself everyday. I took photos if there is anywhere to send them.
