Loving the Live Chat Help!! I have been very pleased with the responses I've gotten from the Viral Launch support team. It has been my experience each time, that I am working late at night (FBA after-hours in addition to a FT job, I know you guys can relate!), and when I have a question or issue, I'll type it into the live chat box. Granted, it's usually too late at night to live chat, but I've always had an answer waiting for me in my inbox when I wake up the next morning, and to my surprise, when I reply to their answer, they continue to work with me until I'm satisfied. Other 'live chat' options offered elsewhere send your queries into a wasteland where help is hit or miss. But Viral Launch has always taken my hand and led me to a solution.

Couldn't be happier with their Lifestyle Photography Package Viral Launch did our Lifestyle Photos for our company. We couldn't have been happier. It was expensive at $1200, but absolutely worth it for the professional quality photos we received. I was that crazy customer that no one wants to get, asking them for over 10 very specific photos showcasing our KAUAI silicone rings: couple kayaking, happy couple camping, girl on the beach, guy in classic car, guy in a suit, weight-lifting photo, wood-working photo, a nurse....even a medieval set up...etc. They literally did them all!!! And they did them perfectly. I actually shrieked out loud when I saw the pics!! I was blown away. They went WAY over and above what we asked. Thank you so much you guys!

Got their photography package for my… Got their photography package for my products, which are water lamps. It was always going to be a tough product to shoot, because it has light inside it, is transparent, glows, etc. They did a decent job, but didn't do so great of a job editing. As for the lifestyle photo, there was miscommunication regarding it (I wanted a child model in it, but only told this to the representative I talked to before paying, not after), so after quite a bit of hassling on my part they agreed to reshoot with a child. The new image turned out very nice, I was very happy with it. Overall 3-4 star experience.

I would recommend Viral Launch to… I would recommend Viral Launch to anyone looking to sell on Amazon. VL gives me insight on market and competitor data that allows me to make informed decisions. Instead of just blindly selling and hoping something works.
