A doctor that is in your healthcare corner!! Zocdoc makes it easy to book a Doc appointment.

I used Zocdoc regularly and in the past…but I used Zocdoc regularly and in the past and only once had a problem. When I used it to schedule an appointment with an orthopedist and called the Orthopedists office as requested by a text through Zocdoc I was told that the appointment I booked is not valid as the doctor does not correlate their schedule with Zocdoc and the orthopedist I booked would not be available for weeks after the date of my appointment. Why the heck does Zocdoc even put an appointment schedule up on the site? It's worthless. Why not just say "Call Physicans Office' for appointment? Physician availability would be one of the criteria used in picking a physician. Why put the user through this useless exercise of picking and scheduling appointments that don't really exist.? Be aware.. when you pick an appointment date and time more often than not... it was nothing more than a feel good exercise. And Zocdoc needs to inform it's users that the appointment is not made until you call the physicians office.

Great app Very good user friendly as well as functional. I typically don’t leave reviews but this app has been one of few that didn’t stress me out. 🤷🏽‍♂️
