GBI’m a physician using the platform I’m a physician using the platform. The company takes money from us even if the patient books erroneously (ie doesn’t realize your practice is fee-for-service) and then doesn’t cancel the appointment. This was not explained clearly to me and there has been no repercussion for poor onboarding experience. There is no manager I can speak to, just the general “service” inbox they constantly direct us to. Just poor customer service for physician. Be weary if you’re a new doc looking to consider them as a marketing engine.

GBZocdoc was incredibly easy to use Zocdoc was incredibly easy to use, and I was able to find the specific type of doctor I sought near my location very quickly. It was also very user-friendly when booking the appointment and completing forms.
