GBMy first medical visit... My first medical visit, staff could not access my account! Although I had not mailed in additional info (Medicare number), even if I blackmailed it right away it would not have been recieved. For someone thinking I may have a mistake in changing insurances, that is all it took to push me back to my former insurance. Staff was extremely nice and understanding. That is true reason for the 4 stars.

GBMy Medicare Hero Medicare is a very important decision in Senior's lives, and is so confusing and overwhelming. I had the best person ever help me through this process. She was so very patient, answered all of my questions time and again (we worked through this over about 5 months), and she explained every aspect of the program. I feel the decisions and the choices I made are based on solid information provided by my own research and this very helpful person. I am confident I have exactly what I need. GBLowest Quotes, low in support. They have the lowest quotes, however, once you say yes, forget about getting any further support. I did not care for the Dental plan they shoved on me -- which I promptly cancelled, but all my requests to get additional help in getting a dental plan went unanswered. The way to game the system would be is NOT to agree to BUY a policy UNTIL all your questions have been resolved, because after you've bought the main policy, forget about getting any additional help. That has been my experience.
