I was very worried I was very worried. The Medicare advantage plan I signed up for with Kaiser on January 1, 2019 was not available in the county I moved to. I received an ad from Senior Market Quotes the same day I received the bad news about my insurance. Thomas Redmond answered my call and slowly walked me through a plan with no out of pocket, no network requirements, more benefits for less than I was paying for Kaiser. I told him I would be able to sleep that night without worry. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My first medical visit... My first medical visit, staff could not access my account! Although I had not mailed in additional info (Medicare number), even if I blackmailed it right away it would not have been recieved. For someone thinking I may have a mistake in changing insurances, that is all it took to push me back to my former insurance. Staff was extremely nice and understanding. That is true reason for the 4 stars.

Jisel Blasi was excellent in explaining… Jisel Blasi was excellent in explaining all information about the policy. All of this is foreign to me as I always had insurance through my employer and did not need to research on my own. Jisel was transparent with everything and helpful in making sure I made the right choice. Also, Deron Dangerfield was very helpful in explaining drug plans. I appreciate both of these individuals for all that they did to help me with this process, they were professional and personable at the same time.
