Comfort First of all, they were extremely comfortable the first time I put them in my shoes. I will order a couple more pairs for different shoes in the near future. My doctor recommended these and it is making a big difference.

Great products that really help! I purchased both the powerstep luxe slippers and a set of endurance insoles. The slippers are worth every penny! I have high arches and also suffer from plantar fasciitis. These insoles relieve my discomfort and allow me to be on my feet for long periods of time without any pain! Plus, they are very warm and the furry interior of the slipper is wonderful! The insoles are used in my running shoes which I use while exercising (Running, elliptical, etc) My feet definitely don’t hurt as badly by the end of a workout like they did before I purchased the insoles. I’m able to push myself through longer tougher workouts since my feet aren’t hurting as much. Thanks powerstep for your wonderful products!

Doctor Recommended My Doctor recommended these insoles after my foot surgery in 2011 & I've worn them ever since. So far no additional problems with my foot, so I consider these insoles a success & wouldn't try any other brand!

Diabetic Tri-laminate Insoles I ordered the Tri-laminate Diabetic insoles because they appeared to be much thinner than the ones prescribed for me by my doctor several years ago. They were, in fact, much thinner. That's the good news. The not-so-good news is that they were so wide, I couldn't get them into my shoes. They are trimmable, but, they also appeared to be so hard that I feared there would be no give to them at all. Rather than try to trim them to fit and then find out they were much too hard, I chose to return them. I give Powerstep high marks, however, for customer service. The young lady I spoke with was quite friendly and informative.

I have loved other pairs of inserts I… I have loved other pairs of inserts I have gotten previously. This time I went with the higher arch type, unfortunately the heel cup is also bigger. This pushes my foot forward so much that my toes rub on the front of my shoe. I don't wear these much. So, just get the regular kind, not the max ones.
