GBOverpriced for what you get The sign-up process is a little misleading. The moment you create an account you start getting billed, so be ready to jump right in the moment you click the link. The video exercises are no different than what you can find on YouTube. The daily "diary" (you list your hours of sleep, amount of water you drank, how many servings of veggies you ate, and which exercises you did) doesn't really help. It's a good practice, but I can do that for free on my own. If you are willing to use the chat/instant messaging feature back and forth with the PT doc every single day and ask questions and engage constantly to insist on getting more out of the service, then maybe it's worth the time and the cost. Otherwise all you get is "how are you feeling today?" and "great job, keep up the good work." Overall I think this service is expensive for what you get, and what you get is not particularly helpful. How about a weekly Zoom video call with the PT doc? I think there's lots of room for this company to make positive changes and offer a genuinely good online service. A pandemic is the perfect time to re-evaluate the business model going forward.

GBI had great contact with my support… I had great contact with my support person. Always checking in with how I am doing, to giving me exercises and advise on what things I should be doing to strengthen my feet.

GBThe exercises and coaches are great The exercises and coaches are great, but the web-based tool needs some work.

GBAngela was wonderful Angela was wonderful. She gave me many good ideas. I don't think there is much hope of improvement with my condition. I have good days and bad, depending on my activity.

GBGreat motivation! This has been a great service and good source of motivation to be doing the exercises prescribed for my back pain. My pain is greatly reduced and my back and surrounding area is now a lot stronger thanks to these exercises.
