GBPerfect handling. I do not particularly like to leave comments but I was so impressed that I have to do it. By mistake I ordered a double amount and I could not find a telephone number to call. So, I emailed hoping for the best. To my pleasant surprise, the reply came fast, the order was corrected and credited. After that all steps were perfectly and timely communicated. GBI wish I had read all of the reviews… I wish I had read all of the reviews before ordering. They fail to provide a tracking number and when you ask for one, you’ll get an automated message saying the order is “unfulfilled”. I then asked to cancel my order and was told they could not cancel it. Since so many folk are having the same trouble, I will be contacting the Ohio attorney generals office to file a complaint .
