GBAnybody can make a mistake. I ordered a neck brace because I wanted for my wife and they sent an arm sling, but when I called to report they had sent the wrong item they were very attentive to my needs. I was upset because I wanted my wife to wear the neck brace to hold her head up at church and this was Thursday. They apologized and sent the brace overnight. I received it Friday morning and she wore it to church Sunday

GBThe product ordered on 5/29 still has… The product ordered on 5/29 still has not been received as of 6/11 the promise is 3-5 business days it is now 9 business days & my wife has neck problems & we were counting on the appropriate delivery time. I have called for 3 days, and inquired of customer service as of the status of our order 4000001242 and no one has responded with an update on our order. I of course am very dissatisfied. would someone please respond we really need this brace.

GBMuch faster shipping than I expected… Much faster shipping than I expected (especially going coast to coast). Excellent quality brace for my totally wrecked ankle following an accident in June- I'm finally able to walk with at least minimal pain- a big improvement. I highly recommend

GBWorld of difference! This brace took a few trials of wearing it to find the perfect fit, but once I did, the pain has improved so much! Before wearing this brace, I had trouble walking day to day because my knee pain from OA was so severe. Now, I wear it daily while I work as a nurse, constantly on my feet, and I am amazed with how much better my knee is. I am so appreciative of BraceitBetter and the customer rep who helped me in choosing the perfect product.
