PureSleep's "boil & bite" has worked… PureSleep's "boil & bite" has worked great for me for 10 years. Gets the job of keeping my airways open at night done while I'm asleep. It's comfortable; conforms to the shape of my bite, is strong enough to withstand my tendency to "grind" my teeth at night, and heavy enough to prevent my accidentally inhaling it. I replace it every 6-12 months as my bite changes, or if it seems to be hardening, or is discoloring.

It really really works.... PureSleep was recommended by a specialist when he said my snoring is heredity, and due to physical throat issue. My whole family had been snorers.Finally discovered that my waking and lack of sleep was NOT due to needing to pee, but my husband was gently waking me up to get me to not snore! I'd wake up and decide I must have awakened to take a bathroom break. Anyway, it only took me a couple of nights to get used to it, now I can't sleep without it. Husband said it's a miracle. It definitely helps Using PureSleep has definitely reduced the snoring issue. However, I still wake up to an empty bed about 25% of the time, as my snoring drives her to another bedroom. It’s not perfect, but until the “perfect” solution comes along, I will continue to use this product.

I was totally against wearing anything… I was totally against wearing anything to sleep, always uncomfortable, this product is awesome, comfortable, now i can't fall asleep without it. I am a horrible snorer but not anymore! Thanks PureSleep!

BEWARE! Permanent damage Though the appliance worked for snoring, it permanently realigned my jaw and shifted my teeth. In order to avoid tooth damage, I now need braces to reposition my teeth. A few years of using this appliance is costing me thousands. And I never thought I'd need braces in my late 50s. The only way to reposition my jaw is surgery which insurance won't cover, so I'll just have to live with a slight underbite. I followed the instructions to push my jaw back after using the appliance, but it didn't work...
