GBThe product works well once it is… The product works well once it is correctly fit. That process is a bit hit-and-miss, and it took me a few tries to re-boil, snip, and push the heat-reactive material into the best locactions. I am on my third device, so that should say something. But I may be inclined to find a more user-friendly product given the increasing visibility of the competition.

GBHonest review- worth trying I have obstructive sleep apnea-I wanted to write a review after using product for some time(approx a year)-I am so happy with puresleep and its effectiveness! I honestly did not expect this to work but I was desperate to find an alternative to using my cpap machine. I dont usually write reviews, but I felt the need to since I know there are many people who suffer from OSA and are reluctant to using a cpap. This is truly an honest review-I do not “choke” in the middle of the night from not breathing! Please try this product! To give you insight into my OSA-I would stop breathing approx 20 times an hour-this product is not a “gimmick”. It works-sorry for such long review-I-just hope this helps someone looking for an alternative product to their OSA- thank you -Maura E

CAI have used pure sleep for years and… I have used pure sleep for years and have got my son in law using one and I recommended it to some friends. I just went to reorder a new one buy I cannot see myself buying them anymore. the price has gone way up and I cannot see my self spending this kind of money when you have to replace it every 6 months or so.

GBBEWARE! Permanent damage Though the appliance worked for snoring, it permanently realigned my jaw and shifted my teeth. In order to avoid tooth damage, I now need braces to reposition my teeth. A few years of using this appliance is costing me thousands. And I never thought I'd need braces in my late 50s. The only way to reposition my jaw is surgery which insurance won't cover, so I'll just have to live with a slight underbite. I followed the instructions to push my jaw back after using the appliance, but it didn't work...
