They Worked With Me When The Unit I Ordered Was Sold Out. They informed me that they were sold out on a refurbished portable concentrator after I made the purchase. They went out of their way to work with me to provide a good price on a brand new unit (after offering different models/units). I was a bit bummed about having to pay extra, however the warranty that came with a brand new unit did help out. I really appreciate them working with me on it.

The purchase experience is great The purchase experience is great, reasonably priced and shipping was timely. They called to verify the cc to not be fraudulent, I give that bonus points. Now I get to see how the warranty Dept works , the machine works, but there is a noise / vibration that can't be good. The other identical machine I own doesn't have that same noise , so I know it's not normal.

I WASN'T SURE I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE… I WASN'T SURE I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE TO BUY A REFURBISHED OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR FROM OXYGENPLUS. THE FIRST UNIT THAT WAS SENT TO ME DIDN'T WORK. THEY PROMPTLY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT AFTER ISSUING A CALL TAG FOR THE OLD UNIT. THE UNIT I NOW HAVE WORKS GREAT AND SEEMS TO EVEN HAVE AN ENHANCED DELIVERY OF OXYGEN.

I highly recommend this company! I cannot say enough good things about Oxygen Plus Medical!! They went above and beyond, even working past their normal hours, to provide an oxygen concentrator in under 48 hours for my Father who was critically ill, battling COVID-19 and acute pneumonia. Every other company I contacted shrugged off my urgency, and told me 14 days was the best they could do. I firmly believe my Dad wouldn’t have made it another two days without that concentrator. The unit they sold me was fully refurbished, clean and in excellent working order. Price was extremely reasonable, especially when you added the rush factor. It took my Father’s oxygen levels from the low 70’s up to 93+ in less than an hour. Jared and his team restored a small piece of my faith in humanity with their quick response. I highly recommend this company.

OxygenPlus Concentrators Fantastic Purchasing an oxygen concentrator is interesting at best for the layman. There are multiple brands on the market on the market and multiple price ranges. To find the brand I purchased (Phillips Respironics Everflo) for the price I paid from OxygenPlus Concentrators, was amazing. Knowing they had completely refurbished it was even better. Although I wish they provided free shipping, my concentrator arrived intact, well packed, and in working order. I am very pleased with this purchase and have referred this company to my doctor.
