They Worked With Me When The Unit I Ordered Was Sold Out. They informed me that they were sold out on a refurbished portable concentrator after I made the purchase. They went out of their way to work with me to provide a good price on a brand new unit (after offering different models/units). I was a bit bummed about having to pay extra, however the warranty that came with a brand new unit did help out. I really appreciate them working with me on it.

Original 5 broke down on a cruise Original 5 broke down on a cruise, on/off switch failed. Disaster. Had to replace. New oxygenone regularly stops functioning. This a medical devise I am relying on. Can't. Be very careful before you buy one of these. Ps repairs to fist breakdown now been waiting 4 weeks still no machine. So 2 out of 2 not working.

Great concentrator Great concentrator, especially at the used price. It is very quiet, One negative- It generates the most heat of any concentrator I have ever used. Easy to compensate for during the winter, bur spring and summer are coming!

Oxygen Plus Oxygen Plus , got my machine delivered to me , with a slight delay , they were waiting for some out of stock extra filters for my machine to arrive that I also ordered at the same time . Oxygen Plus has some very good prices on their used concentrators. Thanks Oxygen Plus ;) David

The purchase experience is great The purchase experience is great, reasonably priced and shipping was timely. They called to verify the cc to not be fraudulent, I give that bonus points. Now I get to see how the warranty Dept works , the machine works, but there is a noise / vibration that can't be good. The other identical machine I own doesn't have that same noise , so I know it's not normal.
