Loving every minute!!! I’m not going to lie… the first 15 minutes are painful (HITT warm-up). After that, it’s just FUN!!! Six rounds of kickboxing on a bag, with full punches and kicks. The combinations are different for each round and the rounds are different every day… there is no getting bored with this program! I Love Kickboxing has finally gotten me to a) enjoy exercising and b) continue to exercise. I’ve shed both pounds and inches… but most importantly, I’ve shed excuses to not exercise. I highly recommend ILKB to everyone! Try it once, you’ll be hooked!!!

TRY IT! ILKB is by far THE best workout I've ever had! Talk about total body workout! Today marks my 2nd month and I'm obsessed. The facility is always clean, the staff is AMAZING, and the high energy music definitely compliments the workouts! They provide challenges that will give you the motivation you need to push yourself a little harder each week, along with information that will teach you how to build healthy physique. the classes were fine the classes were fine, i signed up for 6 week and paid in full, unaware that my recent dx of having MS was going to complicate me doing the class. My dr said NO and when i tried to get my money backi was told each is ind. owned, I have no idea who the owners are at the Moore Oklahoma location and HQ is horrible. I would never had stepped foot in the place if i knew this was going to happen. I will tell everyone i know about this and believe me, I grew up in this town and I know a lot of people. they will all know your greed. Thank you

Great Studio Recently joined iLoveKickboxing- Whitehall, PA! It's a great place to workout! All the instructors are really nice and helpful! The classes are intense but also a lot of fun! I like how welcoming the classes are especially being new.

Terrible customer service Class experience and staff is great, but the customer service is horrible. As long as you don’t have questions about anything or need to cancel you’re good. They gave me the run around for two billing cycles when I tried to cancel. It was insane. I eventually had to cancel the card.
