great site, easy to navigate The pictures & descriptions of the products are excellent. Love that as a professional we have pro pricing & a great amount of industry options. The only thing I was not pleased with was the shipping price. It goes by the amount spent on products - however, my products were small in size & I know that they could not cost almost $19 to ship. I understand that there are certain considerations built into those prices, however, that is still steep. Overall, I was very pleased with the variety of products, brands, & educational material available at this site. I was also happy with the ease of use of the site.

Great site Great site! I was looking for a McKenzie Lumbar Roll and found it easily and it was exactly what I needed. Ordering took minutes and I'm well on my way to more comfortable sitting. Everything on the site was easy to understand and my order was completed very quickly and in a timely manner!

Soft rollers The short videos that explained the difference between the different types of rollers were very helpful. A good idea to offer a book that demonstrates exercises for users new to rollers. I ordered the book along with the soft roller.

Purchased an $80 item and ended up with… Purchased an $80 item and ended up with an additional $60 in shipping and the over $60 in customs and duty. As a Canadian shopper I would not purchase from you again as this wS way too expensive and not clear up front
