I highly recommend it to people without diabetes and gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation, irritable bowel, and hemorrhoid, specially if they are chronic. Seriously you face a problem with this diet even 7 or 9 days constipation with use both natural and chemical laxatives. The minimum problem is not loosing weight. For others is like a miracle, it worth buying the drop and enjoy your body :)
