I gave been using this for many years between 2 years of gap. I loose 8 kg for first-time. Great customer service I did buy this product for my husband a couple of weeks ago. He hasn’t started using it yet so I don’t know how it will work but I give 5-star to them because of the great customer service they have. There was an issue with the package I received. The taste of this product is awful. I have another review on here that I can’t remove for some reason. It was about customer service. While the customer service was phenomenal and they fixed the situation, unfortunately the TASTE of the drops is something I just can’t do. So I have officially wasted my money since I can’t get past the bad taste in my mouth. I’ve thrown the drops away. Thank you to Emma who for a new bottle to me quickly after FedEx lost my original package but, the taste is not for me. I can’t do it. I’ve seen no other reviews about taste which I’m very much surprised about. The taste is a combination of menthol throat spray, flowers and robitussin. I am highly allergic to flowers so perhaps my sensitivity towards that affected the taste. Either way I can’t use this product so 1 star for me. EDIT: the issue isn’t training my body to stop eating sweets. You’re under the impression that I like sweets when I don’t at all. I actually eat very healthy. I have an overactive hormone in my body that makes me think I’m hungry when I know I shouldn’t be and I wanted to just use this as an appetite suppressant instead of being on other type of drugs that have bad side effects. So no- customer support wouldn’t have helped me whatsoever and I did waste my money.
