GBI bought the in the canal hearing… I bought the in the canal hearing aids,have had them for 3 years,paid $7000 for them and have a lot of problems. Both aids have quit and have to send them back to get fixed. The sound quality has gotten poorer as they get older. I would not recommend this hearing aids.

GBAvoid Nuear..Expensive and so so hearing quality I was lied to by my Audiologist when they said my Nuear would work with apple bluetooth and it did not work, but there were models that had it. For $6.500 I was sold a lie and I complained and no one did anything about it. I assumed they took my problem to Nuear. As far as hearing goes, I still need sub titles on TV and ask people to repeat. It is not very good in crowds but music is good, as I am a musician. Bottom line I won't buy Nuear again nor go back the same audiologist

GBSo many problems So many problems, where to start. The mini mic does not work. It stays on for five to ten minutes and then shuts down. Actually green light is still blinking, but sound is not transmitted. My first mini mike was returned for this reason. Replacement is no better. Thrive- oh bother. Often stops recognizing my aids. Sometimes recognizes one ear and some times the other. Today while using data on my I phone 7 my hearing aids turned off. Back on when I stopped using data. I’ve had these for greater than a month but will return them as defective products, not because I don’t like them. I chose these for the mike capability. I count on them to make my world bigger- classes, church, etc. the performance is not acceptable.

GBWhen they are working they are great When they are working they are great! However, daily and up to three times a day my husband has to sink them up to the app on his iPhone. He has brought them back to the Hearing Lab multiple times. Sometimes he is without them for 7 to 10 days before getting them back. Very frustrating. He just got them back yesterday after having them out for repair for 10 days. After just two hours of wearing them, he had to sink them up again. When paying $7,000 for them, we would not expect to have this much trouble.
