GBDon’t waste your time with the urgent… Don’t waste your time with the urgent care on MD live. I have had a sinus infection for a week and all the “prescribed” me was an over the counter nasal spray. When I ask for a steroid/antibiotic he said they can’t prescribe those for sinus infections. So I just wasted $60 dollars.

GBNot a scam, but couldn't help me. They couldn't treat me but after learning they refunded my money. I cant say more but I can say it wasnt a scam. I'd return if I needed treatment they offer.

GBIt's pretty ok. For the most part I like MD live for things that I could go to my pcp or urgent care. Except the last visit. I was bitten by a kitten. There was no rash, etc. All I needed was a prophylactic antibiotic because their bites pretty much close quickly and can result in an infection that a person isn't aware of. It's pretty ridiculous especially with uploading a picture to show the injury site. I was told to go to an... ER or Urgent Care. Seriously? In Philly? For a cat bite that doesn't show signs of infection to get something that should be something to get easily? (The doctor was like I'm not losing my job for this. And this was after he out me on hold to pick up his other line. I wasn't arguing with him etc. ) Like this is stupid.

GBPrepare to be impressed by MDLIVE I had such a great experience with MDLIVE that I felt compelled to post this review. A new job and new insurance coverage sent me searching for a new primary care provider, which proved difficult. Down to my last two weeks of medication, I signed up with MDLIVE and was able to get an appointment within two hours. A board-certified ED physician called me, did a quick safety assessment, and sent a refill prescription to my neighborhood pharmacy. Then he took the time to review MDLIVE primary care options and send in a referral. And all of this happened days before Christmas. Wow! MDLIVE impressed me on multiple fronts: The digital experience of signing up and scheduling an appointment was seamless. My physician was kind, efficient, and went out of his way to help me. Finally, the follow up communication with me and the pharmacy was excellent. I work in healthcare and understand all the things that are going wrong these days. My first experience with this service was flawless and I will choose an MDLIVE primary care physician.

GBMuch better ones out there. I called, gave them my insurance information and was told someone would be calling me soon. I told the doc I've had a sore throat for over a week. All I heard after that was I'm not going to help you, because you need an X-ray. X-ray? Just think about it, if everyone that got a sore throat was told to go to the ER, there making a lot of money. They got paid the full price for talking To me for 1.5 minutes. If your looking for a phone appt, stay away from these guys.
