I found the smoking cessation seminar… I found the smoking cessation seminar very informative. Patrick also gave out thought processes that tet you thru. The down side of seminar was we were all stuffed together like sardines. It was very uncomfortable and I dont feel like I got full effect of hypnosis. I know the purpose is for them to make money but they should limit The number of people and perhaps do 2 seminars.

I attended the stop smoking Seminar and… I attended the stop smoking Seminar and it did not work at all. Now I’m trying to find out how to get my money refunded and I’m just getting the run around

I found this seminar interesting I found this seminar interesting, informative, and even entertaining. It's only been one day, but so far I have not smoked. I listened to the video when I got home, just a little reinforcement. Not sure if it was hypnotism or just positive reinforcement, but I'm hoping if I put in little effort I can stay a happy nonsmoker.

Weight loss goals Fingers crossed that I (we) can make this weight loss goal reality. I’m going all in & giving it all I have for a healthier, leaner ME. I am reaffirming myself that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix diet.

Only time will tell if the hypnosis… Only time will tell if the hypnosis truly worked. I did feel oddly full after drinking a bottle of water when leaving the seminar. I enjoyed the hypnosis and thought the methodology was easy to understand. Over all a positive experience. Jeff was my presenter and did a wonderful job. However, I was really bummed to hear him encourage eating bacon and eggs every morning. I get the idea behind "granny's shopping list" but I believe there is a difference between the quality of animal protein granny had and the meat we have today. Also Jeff mentioned his family has a history of cardiovascular issues along with type 2 diabetes, it made me question if the granny diet played into that. Coming from the view of an environmentalist and animal lover I felt like an outsider during that part. It would have been nice to have a less bias opinion and helpful to hear some plant based suggestions. Over all enjoyed it, thanks Jeff!
