GBThe van itself is great ! The van itself is great !! I have rented 5 times to transport my mother to appointments & have had great experiences each time, until the last. The admin person was not friendly at all & offered no alternative to returning the van. The customer service was poor, in all.

GB2017 Van Owner Will, Jeremy & Melinda are awesome! All were helpful and knowledgeable.. answered all of our questions. Will & Jeremy even delivered the van to my work.. full of gas.. because I wasn't able to be off. We love the van. I bought the extended warranty just in case. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because they weren't able to lower the price not even a little bit. I'd have felt better if they'd have given me at least $100 off.. makes ya feel like you get a better deal if you're able to haggle a little and with a down payment of $25,000 I guess I expected it. They did include the new tie downs which i appreciate. Thanks guys!

GBGood customer service! Sales person listened and followed up on initial request, also gave some info needed to purchase the right van for us. The clerical staff was very good with all paperwork and got everything done swiftly.
