GBThis company doesnt care about the… This company doesnt care about the customer experience at all. Sent probiotics that need refrigeration via a long route through dhl and then the post office. It was delivered almost a week later and sat in the hot sun for 2 days because we were not notified it had been delivered. When contact company via chat and told them I had pictures of the bashed up pill box and the sun exposed package label they did Nothing! Nothing. Said i could go to a store (closest is 45 min away for me) or paid for shipment to return the item (which I am quite sure they would resell) Horrible horrible experience

GBAwful inventory system. Many items out of stock with no notification until days later. I'm a Vitamin Shoppe customer and have placed many online orders in the past. I'd say about 30% of the time my order is delayed due to items that are out of stock but continue to be sold on their site. Many times, notification of the delay status doesn't come for 5 days or more, and then the expected ship date is another 2 weeks from that point. Customer service reps are friendly but of little to no help as all they can do is repeat what you already know. This is yet another business that will continue to lose business to competitors such as Amazon, who seem to have a monopoly on the best real-time inventory system out there.

GBWhat a cluster F!! Set up auto delivery for a supplement but had to cancel it because there is no human that can help you with any problems. You get directed to a completely garbage website that signs you out once a second. I'm not exaggerating! Pathetic that a multi million dollar company cares nothing for customer service. Spent 30 mins with three different people that had no clue how to help me.

GBGreat experience at physical store I'm surprised about the negative reviews here but seems they're mostly related to online experiences. I visited a physical store on 8th avenue. I was looking for D3 + K2 complex which is not easy to find and received very professional guidance from the staff. They were not pushy at all and very friendly. I'll definitely come back!

I knew what I wanted and immediately got it and brought it to the register. He sees me standing there but ignores me for quite a while until he was ready to acknowledge me, then he very mammy with me. How hard is it to be Polite and use Miss or just be more kind. The product itself is great and I'd like to shop there again but not if I'm going to endure that.
