GBNon existant customer...do not buy from them. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of their customer service. They simply will not answer phones (I held for 1 hour!!!) return emails or communicate in any way whatsoever. Nor will they honor the discounts shown on the web site...Do not do business with company's who could care less about their customers and who treat them like a nuisance, not to be communicated with at all.

GBBought on 8/12/2017 arrived on doorstep… Bought on 8/12/2017 arrived on doorstep 8/25/2017. Cover is in perfect shape on delivery. Delivery was the professionals at SEKO that do better than UPS/USPS/FEDEX. The price was the best for what I got (Which is probably why there are all these "bad" reviews. Probably the competitors. Anyhow it has been OVER a year and it shows NO sign of wear. We use our Hottub in Cleveland about 4-5 times a week. Absolutely great experience with the cover. We have found the cover to be way better quality than what came with the hottub as well.

GBGood experience I have owned a hot tub for years, but never bought a cover on-line. The last one I bought from the hot tub dealer cost a little more and I got less - less quality and less thickness. Beyond nice made the ordering very simple - it arrived on time and is working nicely as it should with our existing easy-lift device.

GBCheap covers Cheap covers! The seems are letting go and they won't replace or repair. I've had it for less then 3 months. If anyone doesn't believe me feel free to check all of their one star reviews on Amazon and yelp. I'm not the first to complain about their lack of craftsmanship.

GBEXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT DO NOT BELIEVE… EXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT DO NOT BELIEVE THE "APPROXIMATIONS" GIVEN ON PRODUCTION Shortly after placing my order I received a very nice letter from the manufacturer which included "time frames" for the PRODUCTION and shipping. (I had also inquired about those timelines prior to placing my order). Unfortunately, I waited and waited and waited for my cover. (Like the rest of the county was the manufacturer having trouble getting employees???? Did they have a huge backlog of orders?) I was FINALLY notified it was going to be made and then I waited and waited again. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THIS EXCELLENT PRODUCT if I had know HOW LONG it would take. Attempts to contact the company, speak to someone or get a RETURN phone call were unsuccessful. I did get an email that it was "on the list to manufacture". So I just waited some more. It got to the point that I started to wonder if "I got scammed? Did they take my money and I don't get a cover?" At any rate I finally got this excellent product but if you have any time restrictions on needing a cover 9like the prior one was destroyed and your hot tub is open) this is NOT the place to go.........they are apparently all backed up on manufacturing.
