I have literally just had money stolen… I have literally just had money stolen from my account by Cosmedique!!! I requested a convenient return package as soon as I realised that I was going to be charged the full amount, and as I was in the process of communicating with a customer rep, she charged me first 71 pounds, and then 82 !!!!!! I am devastated. This is beyond appalling.

Im so glad I looked here before… Im so glad I looked here before purchasing . What I do see is customer service responding back to look at the website for terms and conditions to all customers . How about you display them where they are visible then you might not have this issue . Either way not going for it ! Thanks trustpilot

Seems I am not the only person who has… Seems I am not the only person who has problems with this non UK country Cosmedique for being ripped off!! Also they take charges from your bank account first it was 82p but then it went to £4.56 along with £135.87 and surprisingly I had to use debit card as couldnt use credit card because they know that you can claim back from a credit card - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE FIRST BEFORE I MADE THAT PURCHASE! MY BANK HAS NOW BLOCKED THEM FROM TAKING ANY FURTHER MONEY FROM ME! I CANNOT AFFORD THIS !

Great quality product Great quality product My feedback on the wrinkle cream ""Cosmedique"": ""Excellent!"". I have been using this product for six months and I am very satisfied with the result. I think that this cosmetics is not equal in the ratio of ""price-quality."" As for the fight against aging, the effect is noticeable. Really got rid of fine wrinkles, moistened the skin. Highly recommend!"

Customer service is NOT Customer service is NOT. I presently have two phones calling their customer support numbers. I have contacted my bank to stop payment on any further charges, and I have put in a complaint to the company. Product is no better than Clinique,Este Lauder, or any drug store face creams. Have used them all in the past 73 years. I used this product for 2 month like they asked, it did nothing.
