IEWhy nobody talks about their experience… Why nobody talks about their experience on using the cream? Why I only read about money being taking out and scam so on... talk about the product for people who bought it, i guess you guys used it or no,? Like I used the cream, I do like though how my skin feels after it feels smooth and like rejuvenated. Having said that I do not know what exactly is in the cream, they don’t have a ingredients list which I am not happy about. But I do use it and so far my skin is okay, no adverse reactions as far as I am concerned. Not sure what to say about this company but it doesn’t feel completely flawless. I find myself that I can’t trust 100%. And it’s true their customer service sucks as they always display this “professional” attitude in the emails. One thing I will say, you have to keep emailing them, asking questions etc keep the conversation like open. One trick guys: cancel and report the card you used for purchase as lost and stolen, then you won’t have problems with charges. Just an idea.

GBCustomer service is NOT Customer service is NOT. I presently have two phones calling their customer support numbers. I have contacted my bank to stop payment on any further charges, and I have put in a complaint to the company. Product is no better than Clinique,Este Lauder, or any drug store face creams. Have used them all in the past 73 years. I used this product for 2 month like they asked, it did nothing.

GBI've been using Cosmedique for three… I've been using Cosmedique for three months now. My skin feels so good! Thank you Cosmedique for your excellent product! Recommend to everyone who is looking for alternatives to plastic surgery. A++

NZSCAM Hi Read the number of reviews complaining of surprise charges. Clearly the terms of this offer are so intentionally obscure that most people miss them. The INTENTION is to mislead people into thinking they’re receiving a free trial and the HOPE is that people will not be bothered sending back products/fighting unfair charges. I’ve emailed customer support and had a quick response reminding me that I’d received emails outlining the details of this offer/scam as soon as I’d ordered the product. I searched my emails and found nothing. This company is a big A hole. Contact your credit card operator and request to dispute the charge through your bank on the basis of ‘unauthorised use’ of your card. Don’t bother sending back the product, what can they really do with an open tube of cream? Please answer that Cosmedique - are you selling it on to your regular subscribers? It’s just another stall point before they’re obliged to refund your payment.

ILCannot stop a so called subscription - beware! I bought Cosmedique all in one cream and I'm quite happy with the cream and its result. I am very unhappy with the service, specifically with the fact the company decided I have some commitment to a subscription I did not want, did not ask for, and keep paying for, even though I wrote them to ask them to stop. Beware!
