TERRIBLY SLOW SHIPPING! I am not sure what takes this company SO long to ship an item, but it is SERIOUSLY slow! I am going straight to the manufacter next time. TERRIBLE

Good products...Shipping prices are too high Some prices I feel are too high....Only rich people can afford these products.

I’ve noticed this company raises there … I’ve noticed this company raises there price on all there products and then have a sale. What a scam!

Excellent products but horrible shipping options The products are most excellent but the problem is the delay in processing orders and the shipping options are off the chart. Most vendors charge $4.99 shipping or have Free Shipping but Longevity charges $15- $20 just to ship 1 small item. Also, it takes them nearly a week just to process an order. Everywhere I else I shop for supplements ships the same day or the next day with overnight service and the shipping fee is $4.99 or less.

Excellent, high quality products, however, shipping costs are too high and lack affordable options. I love the products at Longevity and would order more often if shipping costs were not so high. Shipping costs are MUCH higher on average than other similar sites I order from. They also mostly use FedEx, who, in this area is not a good carrier. We've had a lot of problems with them. So if I do order enough ($250) to get free shipping, I do not get to choose who the carrier is unless I call Support. Who wants to do that??? I order a lot over the Internet and would rather do it online. I would like the options of selecting lower cost shipping using UPS or USPS. That is my only complaint about Longevity. Others I've referred to Longevity have made the same comment and simply will not order due to the high cost of shipping.
