Like many people here Like many people here, I've been a customer for close to 50 years and over the last year I cannot get products. I've been forced to find another reliable source and feel like I've lost a good, trustworthy friend. I'm using Vitacost and their products are superior and are consistently available and delivered within 3 or 4 days. So, like others, I'm saying goodbye to Puritan!!

I have been a customer of Puritans… I have been a customer of Puritans Pride for over 30 years. The last few years, they are continually out stock. It steadily gets worse. I feel so disappointed when they advertise sales but are out of what I want to by. I've switched over to Swanson.

Beware! Beware!! I’ve been a long time customer Puritan they had a product I tried it I did not click on automated delivery they shipped it to me anyhow deducted it from my account I called them three times they told me it would cost me $14 to ship it back on something I never ordered I’m done with Puritan

Puritan's Pride will limit the points you can earn! Changes are made without full disclosure to customers I have been a loyal Puritan's Pride customer for several years. I have always been able to redeem my points earned up until this year 2022. It appears that they put a limit on how many points a person can earn in a year without giving their customers full disclosure up front. It will take you several clicks to find this information. They will not make any exceptions. To me, this is poor customer service especially for customers who purchase a lot of products with this company. Buyer beware!

40 yr customer 40 yr customer! Let's face it folks, Puritan Pride (I Assume) is going out of Business. Would have been nice if you didn't Snub Your Customers! Been out of stock of Most popular products for over 6 mos. You, Are Quitting, aren't you, Puritan!
