GBWhen I ordered from Choice Brands… When I ordered from Choice Brands Direct they were advertising buy 3 bottles of CBD Gummies and get 2 free. When I received my order, they had charged me for all 5 plus 2 other bottles of CBD that I didn’t order. They charged my card for over $250. I called and told them they mis-represented their product and I wanted to return the product and I wanted a refund. They gave me a return reference number and the address to send it to. I did that on March 8 and had talked to them at least 4 times about my refund. They guaranteed I would get an e-check within 7 to 10 business days each time I called. As of 7/13/23 I finally turned it over to my bank and as of today, 8/7/23, I still do not have my refund. Today I received an email from them that they were shipping my order and a charge of $199.84 would be charged to my card. Surprise! That card has been cancelled! This company is a fraud and no one should ever have to go through what I’ve been dealing with.

GBI'm only giving one star because I… I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. This company is a complete scam. Complete, absolute, despicable scam. They took my money, never sent my order, don't return e-mails and their telephone customer service says that they are "closed" at all times of the day. Avoid these losers like the plague.

GBBUYER, BEWARE! If there was a 0 stars rating, it would be more accurate. In the initial transaction, I was charged more than I expected. I was willing to write that off, with the hope that the gummies would do everything promised. Or, if it would do half… Or, some… It did nothing! Today, I got a message from my credit card company that I was charged another $199.88! I called the company and told them I had NOT authorized a renewal order, I was certain. The agent told me if I had gone on their website, I would have known this was automatic. I told agent that nobody advised me I must do that or have this surprise! I told them I would not have ordered more as I saw no benefit at all! Agent advised it was already shipped and I could call them for instructions to return it, when it arrived. I told them NOT to send it, that I would NOT pay for it, and, if they did go ahead and send it, I would spend however many hours or days it took to let everyone know this IS A SCAM! The video my husband and I watched had Martha Stewart supposedly promoting this product - which gave me an element of trust. Online, however, it appears she has a different product. So, that may be yet another facet of this SCAM! I called my credit card company back and authorized a dispute and was advised by them that I should change my credit card number or be faced with this happening again - in spite of having gotten a cancellation verification number! I asked for that change. Buyer, beware!

GBCHOICE CBD Gummies RIP OFF,LIES, No REFUND Ordered a bottle of CBD Gummies for $39.95 . They charged my credit card $199.88 for 5 bottles! I called right away after checking my banking account. They refused to correct the error. The Agent tried to wheel and deal me. But refused to refund, They lied and said product shipped. Next day I got an email saying it shipped in the late afternoon on 03/07/23 Out of Tampa Fl. A week later , I stopped the mail carrier from delivering it to my box, It was re-scanned and the mail carrier put it bck in their system and back on the truck. Spoke with the Choice CBD customer service Rep. They did not want to do a refund. Finally after calling them several times they agreed to refund $174.00 but keeping the rest for restocking. They said they would send a E-check 3-7 days . I waited it never came. Called them again. They said Transaction failed. They lied again. I went to my bank and they told me they saw nothing from Choice CBD attempting to send E-check. Filed a complaint with my bank on Choice CBD. Do Not Buy From them. They are awful in their business skills and dealing with the public. Liars. Scammed me out of$199.88.

GBDO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! This company is a scam. My card was originally declined because my bank wanted to make sure I wanted to order it. I called them and told them to keep it declined because the amount that showed up was not the amount I thought it would be. I did uncheck the auto-ship button but as soon as I hung up, the charge went through. I just received the product, but their support email does not exist and there is no way to contact this company. They had better not charge me again and I have no way to contact them to send it back. Update: I called the phone number on my credit card statement and got a "support" company. Although I unchecked the auto-ship box it was set up to auto-ship. She said she cancelled my account, and I would get an email confirming, but that was hours ago and still no email - I did get a confirmation number and I let her know that I have disputed the charge and once I get a refund, I will send the product back. I'm not very hopeful - still think it is a scam.
