Attempted to use my card and it's… Attempted to use my card and it's expired. I didn't know there was an expiry date as it was covered with a sticker. Just got off the phone with the call center and even after waiting and speaking with the manager he just continued to repeat the terms and policies. This company is unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I would not recommend this for anymore. They stated that after expiry date they take off $3 a month from the balance. As well they stated that the store that sold it should have explained the terms and policies and that they are printed on the labeling.

Painless process! Great service. I often purchase incentive cards for my company for survey or focus group participation. Being able to upload a spreadsheet with PerfectGift's easy template made purchasing around 150 cards in the last few dates as painless as possible. Chuck Peterson called me within fifteen minutes of my initial inquiry. And then followed up multiple times to make sure I was getting on well with setup and purchase. Never Use Again I am not sure how the majority of users gave this company a 5. I had a terrible experience trying to send an ecard. First, I asked that the gift be sent to the recipient's email, but it was sent to a text. Getting "Help" from a human seems to be impossible. There is almost no information on sending an ecard. Since I bought the card off of Amazon, I could not receive any assistance about my order. I will never use this company again.
