bruno keeps condo lower level accessible the bruno stairlift works well and is very helpful to me. the a-4 access salesperson, brian chambers, visited us and was knowledgeable. we waited over two weeks for installation, and a-4 did not call--keep the customer informed! finally a call came announcing a cancellation and install soon followed, expertly done by jay from a-4.
