I purchased the rav stairlifts about 9… I purchased the rav stairlifts about 9 monrhs ago. I had a faulty part and have been waiting on warranty fix from the start. I've called numerous times but can't seem to contact anyone that will call me back. The salesman, Mr. Justin was very misleading. I understand about bad parts. But hamar has made no effort to replace.

I LOVE MY LIFT FOR MY SCOOTER THAT IS MOUNTED ON MY FORD F150 WISH IT HAD A CAM ON IT SO YOU CAN SEE BEHIND WHEN BACKING UP OTHER THAT I LOOE IT. MY LIFT LOOK A LOT BETTER THAN THE OTHER COMPANY LIFTS WITH IT HAD CAM ERA ON IT SO YOU CAN SEE WHEN YOU BACKUP OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE IT!

Awesome, I wouldn’t buy anything else!!! The lift has changed my life and my… The lift has changed my life and my husband’s. It gave me back my independence and his that I had lost because of not being able to lift my scooter out of the car and put together. I have shown so many people how to use it because I’m always getting asked in the store’s parking lot.

Poor Quality Not Recommended Always breaking down. Strap unravels about twice a year has to be replaced. The motor is very very slow and it puts a strain on it picking up my chair. The rotating arm often breaks where it doesn't stop at the stopping point it keeps turning. And the cover to the motor keeps coming off from the wind it strips out the plastic this happens on this one and it happened on the other one.

Allowed my husband to remain in his home My husband used the lift for approximately 15 months before he passed away. It enabled him to remain in our home and we were both very thankful for that. I have kept it and use it to transport clothing and other items up and down the stairs. Someday I might need it to transport me.
