It's very rare that I offer my opinion but in this case, no words could describe how pleased that I am with the quality of the bike & service that I was given. Ecotric Hammer bike I purchased the hammer bike in July of 2022. Great bike and some accessories for it. I broke the controller brackets trying to move it on my handlebars and I couldn't find any more in the accessories to replace. Be careful once you install it on the handlebars don't try and move it like I did.

Packaging was poorly established for… Packaging was poorly established for the 3000 mile transfer from your location in Florida to Central Oregon. The battery was sliding around in the box with only paper on top. I’m hoping none of the cells have been damaged from bouncing around. I would recommend using foam spray bags, for a safe fit with no sliding and better protection.
