Not the experience/service I expected I placed my order on 11/20/23. I still have not received it. Their message still reads "PROCESSING- ALLOW 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MOST ORDERS TO SHIP. PO ORDERS ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS." When I called to get an update the email I received back (you have to communicate with them via email) stated the item comes from the manufacturer and there was a problem with them receiving my order so they placed my order again. I still haven't received my item. I'm very frustrated and discouraged!

Works well, but setup can be tedious The alert device can be set up and functions as per the instructions. One drawback is that there are over 50 distinct selectable tones; one may need to cycle through a large number of these to reach the desired tone.
