GBShoes were less impressive Shoes were less impressive when I got them than online, so I wanted to return. I was hit with a £42 courier fee (I couldnt arrange my own return), and a 10% re-stocking fee which is illegal in the UK under Distance Selling Regulations. I felt quite ripped off, as these are not clear terms on their website. Out of the £100+ spent, I was offered about £45 by their system.

GBDreadful. Avoid like the plague! Dreadful. All the advertising and promises of “no-stress” trials of their shoes are worthless. Their return centre is in the US and not only do you have to pay over £30 to return a pair that you don’t like or don’t fit, but they also charge you a further 10% fee to return them.

GBInnovative augmented reality (AR)… Innovative augmented reality (AR) try-on. Tried on shoes virtually using the store's AR feature on the mobile app. It's a fun and practical way to see how different styles look before making a purchase.
