Poor construction and worst customer service Well, I have bought three pairs of shoes from them. Two were good, one had the sole come off after the second time worn. I tried to get them to replace it ... they refused. Says "it's past their 60 day" period. I can buy from Johnston & Murphy, and return shoes up to a year without question. I won't buy from them again.

Dreadful. Avoid like the plague! Dreadful. All the advertising and promises of “no-stress” trials of their shoes are worthless. Their return centre is in the US and not only do you have to pay over £30 to return a pair that you don’t like or don’t fit, but they also charge you a further 10% fee to return them.
