GBExcellent experience Everyone in the office from the lovely ladies at the front desk, the phlebotomists, the ultrasound techs, nurses and doctors - we’re all AMAZING. If you’re visiting the office you’re likely there often and they make you feel welcomed and like family. I worked with Doctor Melzer-Ross. She is soft spoken, honest, and makes you feel very comfortable. My husband and I had lots of questions and she was patient in answering all of them. I can not recommend this office enough.

GBThe doctors and nurses at genesis were… The doctors and nurses at genesis were great. They made the process pleasant as possible however, I had a few upsetting interactions with Grazi’s secretary, she was rude a refused to provide documentation that I requested. After completing my treatment I needed my record of all bloodwork sent to my primary doctor and the secretary actually told me it was too much work and I need my doctor to tell her exactly what bloodwork to send. My primary doctor called and made the request and still the paperwork was never sent. Dr Grazi is a great doctor, he is knowledgeable, dedicated and courteous it is a shame this one employee spoiled my experience.

GBAwkward and Aloof (Bay Parkway, Brooklyn) The experience is already not a dignifying one for a man on top of being a stressful personal matter to boot. The young women at the front desk came across as inconvenienced and flat-out rude. Customer service is nil, and considering the very personal, sensitive, and intimate circumstances for families, respect shouldn't be an afterthought. At one point, my wife couldn't stop sneezing and asking and thanking one of the young ladies for tissues seemed to be an inconvenience, as there was no acknowledgement. Without even making eye contact, a tissue box was held in front of me and quickly placed back on her side of the plexiglass. Then there was the very strange arrangement and experience I had when my name was called. These details will remain private and I will gladly share them with the clinic if anyone were to reach out.
