Deana is a Godsend to families in need of care! I can't praise Deana enough for the work she did to help my family when my mother, caregiver to my disabled amputee father unexpectedly fell ill last week and we needed respite care for him ASAP. She was quick, super-knowledgeable about the available facilities, asked a number of questions and found us an excellent solution and had us moving him in just 4 days later! She even set arrangements in motion to rent a specialized bed, which we needed but hadn't thought of. She was super-responsive and so very kind. We are overwhelmed with gratitude!

I worked with Tammy Mcgown from Care… I worked with Tammy Mcgown from Care Patrol to help move my 83 year old stepfather from Ohio to Atlanta. I had absolutely no idea where to begin. She was extremely calm, organized and immediately available for all of my questions and showed me a wide range of possible assisted living options. And I feel that I was able to find the perfect place for him. He’s excited to tell me about all of the nice and interesting people he gets to talk with each day. I’m at peace knowing he’s in a stimulating environment where people have a vested interest in his well being. I couldn’t recommend Care Patrol any higher.

Chad went above and beyond! Chad was extremely helpful in guiding our family through the difficult process of seeking the right home, at the right price, at the workable terms our family could afford. He helped with acquiring the best room and the appropriate level of care after we found the home that dad would be comfortable in. Finally, Chad stopped by unexpectedly to visit my dad at about the 2 week point of his new home, to see how he was coping, if there were any issues, and to ensure dad was satisfied. Top Marks!! Pamela appeared as our Guardian Angel. Pamela met with us with only a few hours notice after we realized we needed to get our mother the dignity and care QUICKLY she deserved after a tragic accident. We met at a coffee shop by the hospital to discuss options. Her relationships/connections with ALF's. Rehab facilities & Nursing homes helped us understand the options including the insurance piece. She was a guardian angel in a time of distress for us with our mother.

Lena Hennis Lena Hennis, of Care Patrol, Melbourne, has been the most helpful person in trying to find a placement for my brother. She has outstanding empathy, returns calls quickly and really does try to facilitate even outside her location area. She is unique in her field and does an amazing job.
