Replaced Reader Lenses with Distance Lenses I purchased lenses from LensesRx months ago. I loved the glasses but they were used for readers. I wanted to use them for distance. I was worried I would have to purchase new glasses, but was surprised the lenses could just be replaced. The process was easy, much cheaper than replacing the glasses and the entire process took less than 3 weeks (including Thanksgiving delays). Would highly recommend!

Tracking package is unnecessarily… Tracking package is unnecessarily difficult. You don't even send the tracking number, and then you ask me to link my Google account, etc.. On top of that, your service takes way too long to deliver the product.

Beyond my expectations I was unsure going into this. I like good frames, being on a fixed income I can't afford to buy new. I buy used frames I am picky and research every thing I buy. I have not been happy with the lenses I bought locally for my frames. I read up on lensesRX and spoke to a representative and took the step. The experience has been great my glasses arrived and I love them. I will be looking for my next frames and will send them after my next eye exam

Straightforward I appreciate the simple and straightforward business model. Send us your glasses, we return them with new lenses at a fraction of the cost of a mainstream optical shop.

I ordered and paid in full including… I ordered and paid in full including expedited shipping fee for an order I made, and sent in my frames and paper work to them via USPS priority mail. A few days later I got 2 Confirmation emails informing me that they received my frames and paper work, and that production on my glasses had begun. It clearly stated that ETA for completion was 1 to 5 Business days. On the 5th day when I hadn't heard from them, I contacted them via email & phone to check on the order progress. Later that day they they left a message on my phone telling me my order was still in the early stages of completion because foe the past few days their lab was closed to to religious observance. I was then told to check with them next week and they may be able to tell me more...Next week will put me way past the POSTED ETA completion time of 1-5 Business days, and I desperately need my glasses...*Note: I do not anywhere posted on their site a prevision for work stoppage on a valid order do to religious observance...
