Beyond my expectations I was unsure going into this. I like good frames, being on a fixed income I can't afford to buy new. I buy used frames I am picky and research every thing I buy. I have not been happy with the lenses I bought locally for my frames. I read up on lensesRX and spoke to a representative and took the step. The experience has been great my glasses arrived and I love them. I will be looking for my next frames and will send them after my next eye exam

Very good experience I reused one of my frames. I only paid a fraction of what it would have cost me at any of the other famous eyeglass labs. My order was timely and accurate. I will definitely be back to place my next order with them. I highly recommend them.

Poor Customer Service Poor Customer Service. It's almost 4 weeks haven't received my eye glasses irrespective paying for premium shipping charges. The prices make be ok but make sure you have extra pair. On eye glasses, It's better to pay more somewhere and get it faster specially if you need them asap. Not Good Experience !
