They called and emailed to follow up. When the goggles arrived they were in a nice hard case to protect them. When my daughter put them on she said she could see just like she had her glasses on. I placed my order 5 days ago and the… UPDTED review: I received my goggle inserts and they work great. These things ship from Hong Kong so if youre in a rush look for other options. The turn around time was about the same as a pair of glasses. They shipped 10 days after I ordered them and DHL got them here in 3 with the expedited shipping option. The product is great, the 3 stars is for customer service. There was no information available until DHL got the package.
