Nice goggles but poor execution and refunds I placed an order for goggles then had to call to cancel them because my four year old needed a newer prescription. I had called within 1 hour of making the purchase and it was around 10 at night. They made a note to cancel it but ended up sending it anyway. Then, they only refunded me a quarter of the price I paid. I asked many times if I would get a full refund. There is no way they even started making my order before I called to cancel. Very unhappy with the lack of full refund. I did purchase another pair with my updated prescription and they work well.

They make a huge difference to my sons eyesight in the water, even though they don't exactly match his prescription, which is slightly higher than the +8 googles we ordered, as that's the max offered by googlesnmore.
