Nice goggles but poor execution and refunds I placed an order for goggles then had to call to cancel them because my four year old needed a newer prescription. I had called within 1 hour of making the purchase and it was around 10 at night. They made a note to cancel it but ended up sending it anyway. Then, they only refunded me a quarter of the price I paid. I asked many times if I would get a full refund. There is no way they even started making my order before I called to cancel. Very unhappy with the lack of full refund. I did purchase another pair with my updated prescription and they work well.

Within 24 hours my son's glasses broke Within 24 hours my son's glasses broke. The flexible arm came unattached and I had to glue it. He loves these glasses so I had to order another pair, but for the price I expected better quality. The first pair broke at the frame and could not be repaired. The second pair lasted for several months before the rubber around the frame started to peel away. Those replacement frames are the ones that broke in 24 hours. I have a new pair on order, but this is getting ridiculous. Please make a better quality flexible frame for kids. My son has special needs, and flexible frames are easier for him.

Wonderful! I had trouble ordering and asked a lot of questions and the team at GogglesNMore were very helpful with answering my questions and helping me get my order placed. My daughter put them on and said she can see so much better now that she has prescription goggles! I brought the goggles to my daughters eye doctor and she said the prescription was spot on and asked for the name of the company that made them to share with others! So grateful!
