I recently made an order to get new… I recently made an order to get new glasses for gaming and unfortunately the frames i picked were out of stock but the team was so quick to reach out and email me to make the necessary adjustments to still get the glasses sent to me within a reasonable time so i look forward to receiving them soon the set the frames to get shipped right away to make up for the delay. Awesome team!

SCAM COMPANY I ordered these glasses over a month ago. Keep getting fobbed off. They keep assuring me that it’s in the final stages of production. And have said this for the past 2 weeks. They even offered me expedited delivery which they have never fulfilled on I spent £103 with them (like a fool) I should of checked the reviews What ever you do! DO NOT purchase anything from these guys. Not only are the reviews are shocking but notice there is a pattern. No delivery, No customer service. It’s endless nightmare I’ve requested a refund. And will be reporting this company to Trading Standards / Small claims where I will file an investigation into why this company always fall short.

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!!!! ***SCAM*** I wish I read the reviews before I ever made a purchase, very happy I did not spend too much money on this sight but easily could by the fake niceness on the website. No item in 2 weeks, not confirmation on why my order is ‘delayed’ have now missed an exam I wanted the glasses for so requested refund to be told it has to be store credit yet it says 30 days easy return as if you can get your money back, absolute SCAM, do not shop here, I’m surprised this shop is even allowed to be up and running. Store credit to not receive the item, no glasses no money. What a joke, I never leave reviews but I am so disappointed and feel so stupid trusting there’s decent human beings that wouldn’t scam people especially in such an economy we are in today.
