Support is NON EXISTENT Support is NON EXISTENT. On their website it says that non prescription glasses should take 1-3 days to be shipped and I should receive a tracking number. It has been 2 weeks. No tracking number, the order number doesn’t do anything, I sent an email they haven’t responded, I went to their website and found a 24/7 live chat. DOESNT EVEN WORK. I wish I read the reviews before buying. I’m in exam season and genuinely thought I would have received them in time. I’m frustrated, upset, and disappointed. I don’t have the money to buy another pair from a different site…..

SCAM COMPANY I ordered these glasses over a month ago. Keep getting fobbed off. They keep assuring me that it’s in the final stages of production. And have said this for the past 2 weeks. They even offered me expedited delivery which they have never fulfilled on I spent £103 with them (like a fool) I should of checked the reviews What ever you do! DO NOT purchase anything from these guys. Not only are the reviews are shocking but notice there is a pattern. No delivery, No customer service. It’s endless nightmare I’ve requested a refund. And will be reporting this company to Trading Standards / Small claims where I will file an investigation into why this company always fall short.

I will purchase again Sleek and cool. Lenses are as expected. Frame is lighter than expected. Overall the glasses are sturdy and good experience with Syght. I will purchase from this brand again

The product I received was disappointed… The product I received was disappointed compared to the similar product from my friend who purchased from you guys. The refund process online was NOT smooth at all kept showing ‘net work error’. Had to reach out customer service to process it - which customer service was very approachable and provided store credit for me.
