NZThe product I received was disappointed… The product I received was disappointed compared to the similar product from my friend who purchased from you guys. The refund process online was NOT smooth at all kept showing ‘net work error’. Had to reach out customer service to process it - which customer service was very approachable and provided store credit for me.

IEExcellent issue resolving I had an issue where a family member made an unauthorised purchase on my account with SyghtGlass. Upon raising the issue with them I was met with excellent communication and consideration for my circumstances. We then came to an agreement on the issue and it was resolved promptly. Their customer service is very good and I am eager to witness the benefits of their product.
