I received them soon after I ordered them and was kept abreast of my order from beginning to the day I received them. Don't waste your time… I placed an order and they cancelled and refunded my order not wanting to honor their own promo code, 😔 basically a scam I've reached out to them directly for an explanation or resolution but it has now been 3 days and they have not replied. Do not purchase glasses from this site. Just go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache .

Tortoise shell glasses × 2 pairs Online ordering was easy. Package took a while but it was received today. Lovely, sturdy packaging-cases, both hard shell & cloth sack. Cleaning fiber included. What is the measuring tool & how do I use it? No paperwork whatsoever, a bit confusing.

I paid extra for expedited shipping I have a tracking number but it's never left the facility, and as USPS says they never "put it in the mail". Phone number doesn't work doesn't even ring it just hangs up. Tried live chat at 2 o'clock central standard time, said there wouldn't be any buddy back for six hours! I am so pissed! I can't believe everybody else has had great experiences when this is clearly a fraudulent website!! oh and my order number doesn't exist in meters my email in their system!
